Entering The Corporate World!
Through the Grace of God, I was fortunate enough that in 2014 I received my first Internship job where served as an Intern at MERSETA. After the completion of my Internship in 2015 I was employed permanently until the year 2017 were I resigned to focus on Cryptocurrencies and other Online Businesses. My interest in cryptocurrencies was so much that I felt that my work was taking much of my time, depriving me enough time and opportunity to fully explore the crypto world. I had to then make the toughest decision which was not only tough on me but also tough on my parents to accept. Thus, resigning from work was a personal decision and the best decision especially looking at what I wanted for myself. Sometimes we are pushed to make difficult decisions because of the dreams we have, which led to the sudden chance in career path bearing in mind that should I fail I will go back to the 9 to 5 job at least by then I would know that I tried and I attempted to follow my dreams. Fortunately, till this day Shalom remains self employed and has become a well known Crypto Enthusiast and Networking Professional.
Becoming Crypto Enthusiast
It was Back in 2015 when I came across the word “Bitcoin” and It all started from there. I started to research more about Bitcoin and Cryptocurrencies, Which at first didn’t make any sense. When conducting more research and gathering more information about Bitcoin it all started to make sense, And I started falling inlove with the whole system. The more I studied the whole system I realized that I needed more time to study about this New Monetary System, Then I decided to resign from the company I was working for then (merSETA) so that I can focus on Bitcoin and Cryptocurrencies full time. Cryptocurrencies now are part of me to a point where I make a living out of them. I have travelled the country teaching different people about cryptocurrencies, I have Taught Educators, Students, people from Different fields, Young and old. In 2017 I decided to start and Online Cryptocurrency Institution ” Shalom Cryptocurrency Institution” where we have Beginners Classes and Advanced Classes. In 2018, I had a lifetime opportunity to be an Ambassador of a Brazilian Token “WIBX”, Currently Listed on CoinMarketCap and also Trading on different international Exchanges including a Brazilian Exchange Mercado Bitcoin. I also had a Privilege of meeting the founders of Wibx Token in Johannesburg, South Africa, Mr. Pedro Alexandre and Geraldo Marques (Check Out Pictures On the Gallery). Currently I am working as a MODERATOR for Cocoin (COCO) Project. COCO is a deflationary cryptocurrency founded by four doxxed developers from The Netherlands. Currently the project is listed on CoinGecko. As Crypto Enthusiast I have interacted with many great people in the crypto space locally and internationally.
